Data Deletion Request

Puzzle Yaho lets you play without an account. Your game data is tied only to an anonymous guest ID generated on your device (not to your name, email, or phone). You can have this data deleted at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to miracle3415@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request - Puzzle Yaho".
  2. If you know your in-app nickname or approximate play dates, include them so we can locate your records. (Guest data is anonymous, so any detail helps.)
  3. We will delete the associated records and reply to confirm.

You can also remove local data immediately by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app, which erases the guest ID on your device.

What is deleted

We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, location, contacts, or photos, so there is no such data to delete.

Timing & retention

Requests are processed within 30 days. Deleted records are removed from our active database immediately upon processing and purged from routine backups within 90 days.
